Annualized salary in total compensation statement
Summary:
We have a need to show the annualized salary at the end of the statement period (12/31) in the Total Compensation Statement.
In most cases, the employee has a salary adjustment mid year.
Using Salary Basis or Element Entry as the Compensation item both yield the same result - a salary reflective of the salary adjustment and not inclusive of the actual end of year salary.
For example:
4/1/2023 - 3/31/2024: $20,000 annualized salary
4/1/2024 - current: $30,000 annualized salary
Salary Basis or Element Entry displays salary in Total Compensation Statement as $27,500
Desired state is that salary is displayed in Total Compensation Statement as $30,000
