BI Publisher ETEXT convert rows to columns

Summary:
I want to denormalize (flattern) the benefit plan information for one of the outbound (CSV) ETEXT Report. The requirement is to fetch the Basic Life, Supplemental Life AD&D benefits for employee, spouse and child(ren) in a single row. I created an HCM extract that gives data for all the participants. However, the data appear as rows in the XML. I would like to convert that in the column in the result file
