How to edit the Single Field Update Layout?

Summary:

In the Opportunity Details page, there is an "Update Status" option in the search bar. After selecting this and updating the status to "Won" or "Lost," a form with certain fields appears. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. We need to remove some fields from this form, which falls under the Single Field Update Layout. However, I am unable to view any fields in that layout, and it appears different from other layouts. How can I proceed with making these changes?
