I need to activate the Oracle AI features that enable the HR team to find the best match employees (from inside the organization) for a certain position, i do all the below:
- Activate Redwood
- Activate "AITalent best match"
- set the below profile options to YES:

ORA_HRT_AI_SKILLS_ASSISTANT ORA_HRD_AI_BEST_ROLES

- i run the process "Synchronize Talent Data for AI Recommendations"
- Activate "Dynamic skills" and "Dynamic skills V2"
- and now i need to activate the below links:
