Has anyone implemented the third party travel integration with cloud expense using rest apis?

The oracle documentation states that expense can integrate with a third party travel partner using API's. Does the 3rd Party Travel Partner have to create a web service to execute the following APIs from there side: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/24c/farfa/op-expensetravelitineraries-post.html /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/expenseTravelItineraries /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/expenseTravelItineraries/{expenseTravelItinerariesUniqID} Do the web service responses bring data back into cloud expense directly? We have referenced the documentation because it is unclear as to what the third party travel partner has to do.
