BPM Notification - appearance of BPM notification reverting to classic

We are observing that our BPM notifications for compensation have reverted from responsive layout, to classic in a non-Production environment, and wanted to confirm the best way to check settings.

I can confirm that checking following indicates profile options set as false across different environments.

Setup and Maintenance > Search: Manage Administrator Profile Values > Profile Option Code = BIP_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION

Setup and Maintenance > Search: Manage Administrator Profile Values > Profile Option Code = BIP_ONLINE_NOTIFICATION

However, we are seeing classic BPM notifications in one environment, and responsive BPM notifications in another environment
