how to route BPM approval to TWO application roles at the SAME time

We have a requirement to route the internal supplier registration approvals to two different application roles at the same time. We are currently, have the rule defined as List Builder > Resource with ONE Application Role. How do we add a second Application Role? I tried a variety of syntaxes in the Application Role field (Commas, Semi Colons) without success. Should we add a second THEN statement for the 2nd role? Also considered and tried creating a Request Group - but in defining the request group I am unable to search for and select Application
