Payroll Flow - Run Deduction not showing data in Excel - only PDF

Summary:

Our Run Deduction report is exporting correctly into the PDF RTF but the Excel RTF is blank. I tried loading a new RTF and loading the XML data but the file is still blank for some reason. Is anyone else having this problem? It was working post 24C update.

What is also strange is our Test pod was refreshed in July and it is working for both the PDF and Excel RTF file. I tried copying the data model/rtf from that Pod as well into Prod in a custom path but it is not working either.
