Readonly access to Manage Payment Process Requests

We are looking for a way to get readonly/view access to "Manage Payment Process Requests" screen on a custom role used for Business Analyst/Support purposes.

When we grant AP_MANAGE_PAYABLES_PAYMENT_PROCESS_REQUEST_PRIV, we end up having access to other functions in the Payments workarea that we do not want and should not have in the proposed role like "Create Electronic Payment Files" and "Send Remittance Advice".

Is there a different PRIV or some approach to have the Manage PPR screen without the other associated create/edit/transact functions? We'd like to be able to search all PPRs, click into the detail pages for each, etc.
