Candidates applications have disappeared in her view but are still available in recruiters view?

Hi We have one candidate who has applied through our external channel and got a job, then applied for some jobs internally and she could see all her previous internal applications a couple of weeks ago however she now cannot see any of those applications, they have not been deleted as they are all still showing against the relevant job when I log in as a recruiter.

When I go into our test environment as the candidate they are all there, anyone have any ideas?
