OTBI Recruiting Candidate Data Security
Hello,
We currently operate in multiple GDPR countries, and our Legal/Data-Privacy departments are requiring that we lock down candidate and job requisition data based on country. This is working properly in the UI using data security. In OTBI, however, we are finding that we can only secure based on IRC_SUBMISSIONS table which corresponds to job applicants, not candidates. Recruiters are still able to see candidate details outside their country security. We need to ensure that recruiters can't pull candidate data outside their country security. Are we missing something, or is this currently an Oracle limitation?
