proposal generation in OSC and getting customer signature

Hi,

My customer is looking for a solution of generating proposals from the Account and Opty data and capture signature from customer. They want all this to be executed on Sales reps ipad ( no web browser). Are there any solutions or leads available for this solution. Is it completely custom solution ??
