Best Option to Record Debit Card Expense

Summary:

I have a requirement where my client will give a Card to the employee for Expenses. This card will be preloaded with certain amount and then employees will use it to incur during travel for daily expenses such as Travel, Car hire, Meals, etc. There won't be any credit available for this card, so once the preloaded balance is over employee will not be able to use the card unless and until card is loaded with the additional amount.

Below are the transactions in the Card

1.Transfer balance/amount in Card

2.Employee will use the card on daily basis for expenses
