Suggested candidates is not visible in all Job requisitions

We notice that the "Suggested candidate AI features" is not visible in other requisitions?

Example, we checked a random requisitions and some has suggested candidates in the overview section, and some job requisitions doesn't have Suggested candidates appearing in the overview section?
