Folder permissions are not being copied when using the Archive/Unarchive functionality of OTBI

Summary:

We need to copy the reporting folder structure including its permissions from one environment/pod to another. We have used the Archive functionality and selected 'Keep Permission' as an option. However, when we have Unarchive the catalog to the target environment/pod, it did not keep the permissions that we have setup in the source environment/pod. How can we Archive the reporting folder structure and keep the folder permissions to the target environment/pod?
