Auditor cannot audit edit the distribution for some BU, it is greyed out.

Hi all,

I believe with this role 'Expense Auditor' or Expense Audit Manager', It should have the option to update the 'Account details' or the Distribution when they are trying to audit an Expense Report.

But It's strange that I encountered an issue while auditing an expense report where not all the employee in different BU, I can able to update, although I have all the required role and the Business Unit access.
