Is there an FYI notification sent to the supplier for every internal supplier change requests triggered by the supplier administrators in Oracle?

The business is requiring to have an FYI notification that will be sent to the vendor for every supplier profile changes that was created internally by the supplier admins. Currently, every changes that was approved and updated, there are no FYI notifications that is being sent to the supplier. Is there any setup to enable this?
