Incumbents do not refresh in succession plan

Summary:

Hi all,

I noticed that Incumbents do not refresh in succession plan even if repeatedly hit refresh button.

The behavior started recently as it was working correctly few days ago.

Indeed, we have a succession plan based on Job:

JOB = TEAM LEADER RISORSE UMANE → assigned to many users in the organization (see below second image)

but for some reason not appearing among the "Incumbents" sections that would show all people with that job….

Is there any process I need to launch which I do not see in documentation?
