To Create a back to back buy order from different business unit org

Hi,

For one of our customer has a requirement to create a back to back buy order from different business unit org. Below is the example

Business unit "A" we will create a back to back buy order from "X" org but the purchasing should be happen in "B" Business Unit and to be receive the goods in "Y" org. Please let me know if any one come across such requirement in oracle fusion.
