Customized "Manage Columns" is randomly reset

After customizing the columns to be displayed in the dispatch console List view ("Manage Columns" option introduced in 24C), we find that the customization is randomly reset and the first (up to) 50 fields get selected by default. This issue is very random, where it might never happen to certain users, while it might happen 2 or 3 times per week for other users. We have not been able to find how to reproduce the issue, therefore it is not practical to try and capture a video of the issue while it is happening.
