Hi everyone,

The company I work for is looking to implement a process for managing reparable items, and I wanted to get some insights or suggestions. The process wouldstart by uninstalling the serialized item needing repair from the physical hierarchy of the installed base assets, using a work order. Once it's removed,the item, along with its serial number, would be added to inventory. After that, we’re considering generating a service request for the item and sending it to a supplier for repair, although we're not entirely sure if it is possible to create a service request for this case.
