How to exclude specific users in ORC Alert?

Hi All ,

we have a requirement from business stakeholders to exclude some specific users from ORC Alert recipients . and I tried to exclude these users via Expression , for example :

${(AlertUtils.toString(RequisitionHiringManagerUserName)!='ABC'||AlertUtils.toString(RequisitionHiringManagerUserName)!='DEF')?RequisitionHiringManagerUserName:''}

Unfortunately , it 's not working . The answer I received from Oracle Support is that expressions are not supported in ORC Alerts although expressions are supported in other HCM modules .

Anybody has the similar requirement , do you have any idea on how to resolve the problem in ORC alerts ?
