FDBI Update Issue - Customer DFF Field
Dear Oracle Support,
I am facing difficulties updating customer information using FDBI. While I have successfully created a DFF field in the customer account screen, I am unable to populate the required fields for the update process by bulk.
Problem Description:
I am using FDBI to update customer information.
I am unable to obtain values for the following fields: Batch Identifier, Customer Account Source System, Customer Account Source System Reference, Party Original System, and Party Original System Reference.
The update process is failing due to missing or incorrect data in these fields.
Request:
Please investigate this issue to determine the correct values or methods for obtaining these fields.
