Is it possible to show a hyperlink instead of link in text format only,for some responses in ODA ?

Summary:

For some of the response while using ODA with team integration the bot isn't giving hyperlink ,instead its giving the actual link in text format only .why is that and is it possible to show only the hyperlink ?
