Superuser for Recruitment and Journey?

Summary:

I am the lead for recruitment and journeys and currently can't view active postings/applicants/interview notes etc.

Is there a role where I don't have to be added as a collaborator to every posting but can still see progress? I don't need all of the notifications but I do need to be able to see all data as if I was the recruiter/collaborator for all postings
