Reassign Requisitions

Option is not available to Reassing Requisition RSSP.

I had the privilège mentionned on the doc:

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this privilege can reassign any requisition:

• Reassign Requisition (POR_REASSIGN_REQUISITION_PRIV).

When creating the requisition and going to the action menu, the Reassing option is not available:
