How to optimize the candidate feedback questionnaire?

Hello,

We would optimize the candidate feedback collection process in Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting.
Specifically, we want to eliminate the need for recruiters or hiring managers to manually send notifications to trigger the interview feedback questionnaire. Instead, we would like the questionnaire to be automatically launched when the recruiter or hiring manager performs the "collect feedback" action, after the candidate performed the phone interview.
How could we implement this flow? Where could we find documentation regarding this process?
