How to hide the Company segment during Expense Allocation Split

Summary:

Our client have a requirement to have only the Department / Cost Center Segment Visible on the 'Expense Creation > Split Allocation' page and no other segment should be available.

Please let me know how can I hide the Company / Legal Entity segment on this page and make only department available for employee expense split.
