Warehouse not visible in LOV in sales order when no GOP or MRP planning is enabled

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a sales order. We have no GOP or MRP planning enabled. There is no schedule step in orchestration as well. User is expected put the warehouse value and schedule ship date manually.

However, the warehouse value is not showing up in the Sales order line supply warehouse LOV.

Could you please suggest a fix for this.
