Claim type is not being reflected in the Individual Compensation request Notification.

Hi Team,
When a user submits an Individual Compensation request, the notification is sent to the approver for action. However, the request type (such as Education allowance, Visa reimbursement, or Air ticket allowance) is not reflected in the notification subject. The person's name, number, and creation date are displaying correctly. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
