Oracle ARCS Custom Report-Date parameter

Summary:

Client has a requirement wherein they want to generate report on month to date basis.
Meaning when I generate report today (22/10/2024), it should fetch transaction dates from (01/10/2024 to 21/10/2024).
Is it possible to achieve the same either using the XML report or even by creating any calculated attribute?
