Hi All,

How can we ensure that recruiters cannot accept or decline an offer on behalf of a candidate until after the offer has been officially extended? Currently, when the phase and state are set to Offer/Draft or a subsequent stage, recruiters can preview the offer, and at the bottom of the page, they will see the options to Accept or Decline. which is not ideal. Once the offer has been extended, recruiters should then have the option to Accept or Decline on behalf of the candidate. How can we achieve this ?
