Team Subtab Searchable Region | Oracle Sales

Hi community! How are you?

I´m facing a Sales Solution were we have multiple BUs. The client is reporting that when they want to add a team member to an opportunity, lead, account, etc. from the team subtab, they are able to see users from all the BUs, and they want to restrict that visibility.

Does anyone have experience in this kind of issue? Do you have any advice?
