receivable adjustment amount column to add in OTBI Report

In our report we are using OTBI subject area Receivables - Transactions Real time our users want to see the adjustments in the report.

So we added Receivables - Adjustments Real time and added the adjustment amount column

Also we checked the options in advance tab Issue an explicit Distinct , and Show Total value for all measures on unrelated dimensions

Even then also the column values are blank

Can you help us how to get the adjusted amount value
