Is there a way to send adhoc demand letters to customers in Advance Collections

Summary:

Hey Experts,

We are looking if there is a way to send 'adhoc' demand letters to customers in Advance Collections.

To my knowledge customers receive dunning letters based on our strategies (Soft, Medium and Hard) as per days.

We would like to send Demand/Final Demand Letter to particular customers directly, so looking if there is a way to achieve this.

Below ESS jobs: used to Refresh/update/assign — dashboards and Strategies.

Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
Collections Delinquency Management
Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment
Update Collections Summary Data

Send Dunning Letters --> Sends the dunning based on strategies.
