My photo does not change after saving and closing changes

I want to change the photo in the fusion environment but the application does not update the information.

I have tried to load profile picture in jpeg, png format but the application does not save the information. I need this so that the users photo appears for example, in the resource detail of an account.

What needs to be updated? or configured?
