Redwood Goals Center - Issue with EE's populating under My Team, My Direct Report and Dotted Line

Summary:

We are noticing an issue with our Redwood Goals Center when managers select to assign a performance or development goal to My Team, My Direct Team, or Dotted Line Reports.

Performance Goals: When the manager selects My Team or My Direct Reports, the same list of 10 direct reports populates. These are his direct reports. No workers populate when dotted line is selected.

Development Goals: When the manager selects My Team, My Direct Reports or Dotted Line Reports - all 185 employees that roll up to him populate; regardless of the option selected.

How can we resolve this inconsistency?
