Summary:

We are on 24C.

Based on Oracle's recommendation we switched Core HR pages to Responsive UI

Now we see other than 1 location, No other locations are appearing in Redwood UI but all locations are appearing fine on classic UI in Locations dropdown.

Same HR, same browser, just different UI. It was working few days back but stopped working recently
