Are there any rate limits for number of API requests that can be made to per second in HCM

Are there any rate limits on the oracle HCM API that we need to consider.
Usually API services has some kind of rate limit. For instance max 10 requests per second or something similar. do we have any such rate limits in HCM REST API services?
