How to create 'View Purchase Orders' tile under Procurement offering opening in 'Manage Orders' page

Hi Experts,

Please guide as to how can we create a 'View Purchase Order' tile under Procurement Springboard. This has to be done for custom roles which are not having “PO_VIEW_PURCHASING_WORKAREA_PRIV” and “PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_WORKAREA_PRIV” privileges.

Requirement is as follows:

1. View Purchase Order tile to appear on the Procurement module
   
2. The Manage Orders to be default page on clicking 'View Purchase Orders' tile
3. When Hit Done from Manage Orders, control should return to Procurement module springboard
4. When viewing PO details, the Manage Orders should stay open in separate tab. Anytime user selects an action a new tab should open, so when user selects Done the screen should return to the next open tab until all tabs are closed except the Manage Orders search page tab.
