Cancel Purchase Requisition Lines via Visual Builder Only Outputting Reqs Created by Myself

Following Doc ID 2855776.1, I am successfully able to output data; however, the data is limited only to requisitions that I had submitted. I do have the required security privileges to view all users' requisitions within the system, and I can successfully output all users' reqs when utilizing the previous Cancel Requisition Lines in Spreadsheet feature within the classic Purchase Requisitions page. In anticipation of the upcoming transition to Responsive Self Service Procurement, (which currently does not appear to plan to support the previous Cancel Requisition Lines in Spreadsheet functionality, per the following CCC article):

I was attempting to replicate this functionality via Visual Builder, and I do not have any Search or Parameter value criteria specified under the Query tab to restrict my output.
