Cannot see products in the SR

Summary:

Hi,

We created the Product Catalog and added the Root Product Group to the "Service" usage.

The products have the "Enable for Service" = Yes.

We also set this option in the "Service" usage.

We also set this profile option to Yes.

But, we are not able to see or select any Product or Product Group in the SR.
