How would one create a report that drives from Month in the CurrentPOV to Last quarter?

Summary:


Assuming, the current pov is set to june, how can I show in a report the entire prior quarter (q1) actuals? The functino parent (period offset of current pov -1) is in the EPM guide but I do not see it in the report builder. Is this function no longer available? Thank you
