How to restore a set of backup of sandbox?

Hi,

I created a backup of sandbox configuration in jar file format.

I successfully downloaded and save the sandbox configuration as a .jar file for future use, but I don't have any idea how to restore this backup jar file into a new sandbox or any existing sandbox.

Does anyone have any idea how to import a backup of sandbox configuration into the instances?
