Changes made in VBCS are not reflecting in the Front end

Hello,

We have made changes to the Sales Lead Creation Page and assigned roles. Please find screenshots below. But the changes are not reflecting for the user when he tries to create a Lead, but standard is being picked up.

Please find below the page that is visible to the user.
