I want to create a Contingent worker manager Role.

Summary: I want to create a Contingent worker manager Role in which if this particular role is given to any user, he/she will act as Contingent Worker Manager only. I want specifically for contingent workers. he/she should not be able to see any data of normal employees or any other type of employee type. He/she just be able to view, create, edit the data and all the functionality of only contingent worker only.

I tried creating this, but there are many other unwanted tiles that are still there after I login from that account. I do not want those other tabs and tiles. Also, after creating contingent workers, the approval is getting failed.
