Sales Cloud consumer goods vs Channel Revenue Mgmt

Hi,
My customer has bought licenses like 3 years ago for Oracle Sales Cloud and Consumer goods vertical to handle all related ti promotions, claims, budget, funds and so on. They have quite many integrations between this and Fusion OM, AP, AR, GL and so on.
They are not really happy with this.
We are wondering if you can fully replace this with Channel Revenue Management. Can anyone tell which are the main differences between Channel Revenue Management and Sales Cloud Consumer goods vertical? and if we can cover most of the things in ChRM?
Also I would appreciate if you have any material, slides and so on to explain what this module does and what can be achieved. I have some slides and webcast demo but on the very early first release where only supplier side was on scope. Since then, it has evolve a lot so appreciate if you have latest material available so we can implement this module.
