In benefits while Enrolling for particular plan Non-Smoker option is Not available to selectable

Summary:

In Benefits while Enrollment for Employee supplemental life plan not showing the Non Smoker option, It should show both the Smoker and Non smoker option to be selectable but it is not showing. However employee has been enrolled to the "Employee supplemental Life Non Smoker" as passive enrollment in 2024 but while trying to enroll as of 01/01/2025 the Non smoker option is unavailable only the Smoker option is shown.

Changes made: From the effective 01/01/2025 the coverage amount needs to be changed as Min- 50,000, Max- 7,00.000, Increment - 50,000, Default - 50,000 so these changes has been made for two of the plan whereas for it works as expected for one of the plan but for Employee supplemental life plan the Non-smoker option is not available while enrolling. Below is the screenshot of coverage amount changes made, same change has been done for both smoker and Non-smoker coverage option
