Customer Summary Panel Configuration on Redwood Sales Accounts
In early 2024, we released a new double-panel layout into the Account Foldout that provides a way for summary information to be configured and displayed to users when they navigate into the account. Important metrics and field values that may be dispersed across multiple or hidden panels can now be surfaced here, so that sellers can get a quick and clear awareness of what is important and what needs action.
Today the card fragments can be configured to display rollup metrics (configured in Application Composer > Define Rollups) and object field values. When the rollup is a SUM or COUNT type, the card becomes clickable, and a drawer will display showing explainability for the rollup. Additionally, the second line text and badges in the cards can be customized to describe or contextualize the metric.
