RSSP How can we make the fields mandatory by adding remarks.

Please confirm (other than show or Hide field), Is it possible to make the fields mandatory and put remarks.

In Classic SSP, On ‘non catalog request’ UI page , we have made below fields mandatory by putting ‘Red Exclamation’ mark and message in dialog box.

Please confirm if this can be achieved through VBS.
